Hello to one and all. I have a Rav4 Excel 2022 Toyota Touch 2 multimedia. why can't I send to car I am using  the new app Mytoyota the black coloured app if i try i get the online map but that's it everything greyed out . Thank you and a happy holiday

I am using Smart Connect.   I don't have 'Send to Car' but 'Where to?". 

When I enter a destination it is then shown on the map.  After that nothing.   No enter button, no route etc.

When I selected this new app, I had to enter my VIN number and then the app worked.
