Rear seat back rest

Hi all , bit of a long shot but , my rear seat back rest ( drivers side ) has a bit of sideways movement and when I go on my drive I get a single knocking noise , I leave the back rest folded and it doesn't happen, I presume it's because of the body movement due to angle of my drive , I've checked the fixing bolt , that's tight , just wondered if anyone has an idea of what I could do ? It doesn't make a noise during normal driving but just thought I'd ask so I can try anything to sort it , thanks , Dave 🙂

Put some tape around the seat lock (u-shaped bit) and then put the seat back up. Trial and error should sort it.

Thanks , think I've found the issue , the black bracket that rotates on the fixing bolt has some movement in it , the bolt is tight but I can move the back rest slightly and create the thump noise 🤦🏻‍♂️
