2013 estima head unit - audio off issue

Hi all. 

It may be a coincide, but after leaving my kids play with the dvd, the sound on the car doesn't work anymore. Whenever pressing the volume button I just get the message "audio off". When entering the sound settings menu, everything is greyed out. I cannot change anything. The phone still connects to the unit via bluetooth but also no sound coming out of the Speakers. 

 

I've checked fuses in 3 locations and are all OK. 

Please help...
