Hi my wife's 2011 Aygo's rear screen doesn't demist/clear. I have checked the fuse, I have cleaned the contacts, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions to get it working would be helpful thanks.

You'll need a Multimeter or a test light.

Start by confirming that you got power delivery to the wires at the demister.  You can use a multimeter and check there is 12v.  HOWEVER, having 12v doesn't always means its good, you are best to hook it to a 12v test light to ensure it can carry CURRENT.

If you does not light up, that means you are facing a circuitry problem (Fuse / Switch / Wiring / Connection)

If you do have power supply, then that means the demister or the connection going into demister is bad.

Check the contacts on the screen. You will probably find there's been a bodged repair as they fall off.

Hi thanks for your suggestions. I will try with a multimeter when I get chance. Checked fuse ok., switch lights up when pressed, so presumably that's ok. As regards to the connections on the screen, these look original (not reconnected) and I cleaned them and the wire connectors with a bit of emery cloth. Is there an earth somewhere that could be a bit iffy?
