I've now had our Corolla 2-litre Touring hybrid for three weeks. I've managed to find my way around the various menus and have downloaded the full handbooks. However, I cannot find out how to save favourite destinations or how to rename them. There is a 'Favourites' option but so far I have had no success in saving any address other than 'Home'. I'd be grateful for your advice. Many thanks.

Press the search magnifying glass icon and search for a destination.

You then get a popup which shows Route Options and allows you to choose whether to toggle Voice Guidance etc.

You should see a heart icon on the top right of this popup, if you press on the heart it'll save that destination as a favourite.

When you're in the Favourites list, you can click Edit and rename your favourites and assign icons etc.

Hope that helps.

Many thanks Simon. I can now save favourites. However, when I press  'Edit' and then change the name, on pressing 'Enter', it doesn't save the changes. Can you help me with this one?

I can't replicate that one I'm afraid.

I just tested by editing one of my favourites and it seemed to work as expected.

Have searched but couldn't find an answer here in the forums.

I had a 2019 corolla which I changed to last August to a 2023. With my old corolla I could export my saved favourites for the sat nav to a USB, however I can't seem to find a way to export and then import them back to the car or a second family car instead of having to set them on each vehicle, as each vehicle is on a separate account, but travel to the same locations.

Anyone know of a way to do this even if it's on a PC.
