Windscreen wiper don’t work.

Not sure if anyone has had this issue, windscreen wiper do not want to start on there own, have to get out of car and pull wiper along the screen to get them to work, also don’t seam to operate very fast. Could it be wiper motor assembly, relay or switch.

That's typical of spindle corrosion, but never heard of it on a Yaris before.

That suggests a problem with the park function. I don't know enough about the system to say if it also explains the apparent slow operation, but I wouldn't discount it.
