GT86 Servicing-Worcestershire/West Mids?

Due to its age I am not proposing to have my GT86 serviced by the local main dealer and are looking for an independent within a reasonable proximity to home.

Any suggestions?

Hi David, Does your service include spark plug change as I read some time ago that this can be a difficult job on the GT86 and quite expensive,not sure how accurate this was.

Hi Bob, plugs were done (as part of the valve spring recall) and aren't due for some while yet. in fact I may not have the car for that much longer as it will be replaced with a GR Yaris😃

I don't think that I need a specialist as such, just a trusted workshop.

Hi David, Just a suggestion but I'm not sure how far you want to travel within Worcestershire for servicing, but it may be helpful if you give an approx location of where you are as any members who are also based in Worcestershire may know of a reliable garage more convenient to you.😀👍

Could also consider someone with experience of Subarus, as the GT86 and BRZ are effectively the same car and both use a Subaru engine.

In-between Worcester and Droitwich although quite happy to travel, within say a 40 mile radius.

Thanks Mike, would certainly be happy to use a Subaru specialist.
