What products have you been using, going from oil  (i bought 5w-30 full syn SN oil cause by searching the internet it's the next best thing after 0w-20 and it was recommended before 0w-20)  to sparkplugs whcih the manual says Iridium tip only  1.1mm gap but some say to use OEM sparkplugs and nothing else, and it took me freaking hours to find all the info on just those and really don't want to spend too much time on this anymore , so i really want to know what you guys use if you even change them yourself and are these intervals ok and what stuff do you use?

Engine Oil - 5k miles (5w-30 or 0w-20)

Transmission Fluid - 60k miles (?)

Coolant - 50k miles (?)

Brake Fluid - 3 to 5 years (?)

Power Steering - 50k to 70k miles (?)

Spark Plugs - 120k miles (Iridium tip 1.1mm any or OEM only)

i bought used aygo with 120 000miles and i want to change all of these to be on the safe side cause who knows if any of these have been changed on time here where i live..

Engine oil:  Pre 2008 5W30 SN.  At or after 2008, use 0w20 SN or even better SP.  I changed mine very 5K along with a new oil filter.

Transmission Fluid = Gearbox oil.  Inspect and/or replace at 40k with Toyota LV-75W.  I replaced mine every 50K.  Draining is easy, the drain plug is one inch below the Left Drive Shaft (the driveshaft on the right as you reach in from the front of the car).  It takes roughly 1.7L.

Coolant:  Still haven't changed mine yet at 98K.  Probably going to change it soon with Toyota Pink long life coolant.

Brake Fluid: I had a brake fluid tester (£2.50 from eBay) that evaluates the water content.  If it goes orange or red, then it is due.  DOT 4 or 5.1 only.  (I use DOT 4).  While you are at it, its probably worth take the rear drum out and inspect the rear brake cylinder every once in a while.  I found one of the rear cylinder had a small leak and the other side partly seized at 10 year 90K, so I've replaced both.

Power Steering:  Aygo uses electric power assist, so there is no such thing as power steering fluid.

Spark Plugs:

Uses Denso SK16HR11 (or at least this is what came out of my 2012 Aygo at 47K), or Denso IKH16TT (twin Iridium Tip version).  You can get it from Toyota, but it's probably a Denso SK16HR11 with Toyota packaging on the outside.  However, only buy it from a reputable place (e.g: GSFCarParts) because THERE ARE COUNTERFEIT spark plugs on the internet.  Spark plug should come as pre-gapped at 1mm.  Torque it down to 22 NM or 16 ft pound when installing.  Replacement interval is 80K (as I found my SK16HR11 worn down to 1.15mm at 70K.  Toyota says 80-120K so I'll say 80k)

Ok i did get 5w30 ELF oil for which i read online that it is SN so that's good, Filter i told the guy i need a filter for this toyota and he gave me a filter with a brand name UFI and that's all i saw on the package.

Actually the owner said (he ahd the car for only 5months) that they did work on rear brakes so im guessing they checked that

The guy at the store gave me some Bosch ones(on the package those ask for 29NM and someone on this forum said to torque it to 25NM) even though i did ask for Denso SK16HR11 and he said "what is that , is it a serial number?" idk i'll probably return those if i can find Denso but the probelm is i don't buy stuff online if i can't pay cash at delivery, i don't want to use my private info and bank card anywhere online and there are no options other than Paysafe Card and not many accept those, i did get AirCash and they asked my for my ID or Birth certificate to actually sign in and be able to put money on it, so i  said nope,  will go to a few stores and try to get Denso. If i don't manage to find those , do you think others could work without !Removed! with my engine? i also have about 8 days left before i need to start working, then it'll be ahrd to find time to do this, that's why i want it done in 1 go.
Thanks for the response

valves are shims and buckets no adjustment without pulling the cams

these engines run like carp on anything but Denso plugs up to 2010 they run K16HR - replace these type every 50-60K miles, K16TT replace at 70-80K miles being a 2005 the 1KR is very picky, dead spots in the 2-2.5k rpm are common for other makes of plugs and they can kill coil packs

ok, will return Bosch ones and maybe go to toyota seller to see if they have these parts if other stores don't, thanks for that

I've always used 5w30 fully synthetic C2 SN in our 2008 toyota engined 107, also at about 10 years old I replaced plugs with Denso KH16TT, I usually get NGK in our cars, but the Denso OEMs were similar price so stuck with them. Think my car manual recommends plugs about 40K so tallys with what Flash has mentioned. I did my coolant about 10 years old as well, but was forced into it cos our 107 had one dodgy early water pumps and it started to leak, sure yours will been changed by now going by your mileage. Our 107 is very low mileage, so my servicing of plugs/coolant was governed by age/years rather than mileage.
