Corolla Cross rear tail lights

I’m looking to replace the horrible tail lights on my US version Cross.  In the US, only the XLE & XSE come with the “better” tail lights.   The euro version also has amber turn signals.  Looking where I can purchase the euro version.  I know I’d have to make some electrical connection modifications.   Any leads, advice, etc?
