Leak into passenger side

Hi,

I own a 2009 Aygo 5 door.

I bought it on the cheap so there was obviously a few issues. 

One of them is the passenger taillight was broken in terms of it could be rocked and a space open for water to get in. 

First question is, the part number someone gave me i cant seem to find that exact number online. instead of ending 080 it ends 010 on all listings, is that an issue?

Also there seems to be a leak into the carpet just on that side. Where water seems to leak in where the door frame is and sort of waterfalls down to the footwell and im not sure why. It seems to build up and just start pouring in. Has anyone dealt with this problem before?

Does anyone have any ideas to either of these questions.

Have you checked the rubber seals around all the doors is intact as expected? 

Check quarter window panels too, as on my Avensis this ended up being a source of water getting in (replaced under warranty but could probably have been DIY fixed cheap with a sealer). 

Check your cabin air intake make sure it's not clogged or missing its filter (if fitted)

Check the drains under the wiper / scuttle panel as sometimes little rubber drains can clog up with debris, leading to a water build up and overflow into the cabin air intake (on other cars I've had this, so just taking a guess it might apply here too)
