Caller ID not working on my 2015 Rav4

When I receive a call on my iPhone 11, the caller ID on my Rav 4 shows "Private Caller" not the actual caller ID in the actual caller.

Just a thought. Have you allowed your media centre in the car to upload your contacts? Not sure if this is a solution but I have noticed that sometimes it takes a while for the contacts to be loaded and or have you prevented your contacts from being uploaded? 🤷‍♂️
