T25 1.8vvti 2007 Clutch Slipping

Hello Fellow Avensis owners, Happy 2024 to you call I have noticed my clutch has started slipping in 3rd/4th and 5th gear when driven hard. If I drive it carefully I can get away with it not slipping. Car is on 121K miles,I have owned since 2021. I'm guessing no dual mass fly wheel since it's a petrol model. Can anyone recommend a Toyota specialist in the Midlands, who I can contact for the work. I would go for a clutch kit with the slave cylinder. I am aware the car is not worth much, so if the cost of replacement exceeds the estimated value then may have to rethink. Thanks for taking the time to read
