Got an intermittent issue with my power tailgate. It opens fine, but when I try to close it, it doesn't move and makes a long beep. I then have to close it manually.

It's an intermittent issue, sometimes it seems to work ok and then sometimes it doesn't.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Take it back to the dealer.

You can lube the hinges with some spray lubricant oil or similar.
