Can I take the ECO run convertor out of the car until I can get to the garage?  Will the car still run?  Garage can't get me in for 4 days and I'm worried the Battery is going to die again

On this forum years ago, they talked about when the dash lights keep flashing after you take the key out the ignition, that you needed to replace the ECO run convertor down by the Battery. My Battery died yesterday and RAC jump started it today, Battery is OK. But now the dash lights are all flashing all the time.

ECO run convertor is basically a power management ecu

there are known issues with them the replacement requires a new bracket
