Toyota Hybrid Trend/ Dynamic Recall in 2016

Does anyone have any detailed information on this recall?

I could only get below information on it:

Description
When the driver's airbag is activated, excessive pressure may build up in the gas igniter. This can damage the housing and metal particles can become loose and fly away.

Possible consequence
The metal particles can injure the occupants. The airbag will also provide no protection and there is a risk of heat development.

Recovery
The manufacturer is recalling the affected vehicles. Measures are taken to correct the defect. The vehicle owner is requested to make an appointment with the brand dealer. This will replace the airbag module.
