Perhaps. They've seen how the small volume super luxury car makers have managed to not just survive, but thrive, while Toyota is finding it increasingly uncomfortably tight in the mainstream (I'd say Lexus is also mainstream but with slightly more comfortable margins). They could do fine just selling a few hundred Century examples to UAE, China, and Japan, to begin with...

I was going to place an order for one but can not find a Century dealer in Ireland! Oh well ..... never mind.
