Toyota iq3 vibrating/rattling noise at 1900-2000 rpm only

Hi everyone, I’m new in this group. I’ve had my 2011 iq3 6speed manual since June, I love the car but it’s making this rattling/vibration at 1900-2000 rpm only.

I’ve seen a few posts out there about this issue, but none are conclusive to what the exact problem is and what the solution is. 
 

I’ve read a clutch will resolve but I’ve also read online the flywheel could be at fault.

can anyone shed some light on a resolution for the problem.

I would prefer facts only please and not opinions. Sorry to sound harsh just need to resolve this once and for all.
