Yaris Mk1 2002 5 door - adjusting door swing

Hi All

Wonder if anyone could advise on how to adjust the door swing on my Yaris?

In any slight windy conditions it just blows open fully when attempting to get out. 

Can be dangerous when opening as door could hit someone or something.

Would be grateful for any suggestions.

Looking at new ones, they look like a sealed unit and a ball bearing or something locates with the holes in the strap.  Maybe take off and give a good squirt of wd40 may revive them?
