Bolt Replacement

I need to replace a single bolt (and washer) holding down the Battery clamp. I believe it's identified as 91621-B0612 (https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem/toyota~bolt-w-washer~91621-b0612.html). Will any bolt of the same measurements do? If so, can anyone find the dimensions of the bolt?

If you can find the right size in a hardware store, preferably loose so can buy different diameters to test, then should be a standard size. Here in the UK ours are metric. M4 M5 M6 etc 4mm diameter onwards etc. 

A bolt for a Battery tray is nothing critical, so any bolt will do of the right size and length.

When I got my car, the 'J' clamp and bolt was missing. It was held down with cable ties. I got a replacement cheaply.
