Low Front Lights Power

Hello everyone,

I am an owner of older (2008) Toyota Rav4 Sport.

I own the car since last couple of month, live in Iceland.

My problem is that my front lights are barely giving me any light while I drive and I have to add always fog light to be able to see anything.

I check them with local workshops and they said that all of the electrical connections are fine, light even tho old looks good, they changed the bulbs and have no idea what the problem is.

Did any of you experienced similar issue? Is it the problem with lights itself and their lances or maybe this car just have weak light like that?

If anybody has any idea of what it might be, please share. Id like to get more opinion before I decide to buy a new set of lights.

Have the lenses yellowed with age?

Here is an image of the lights. They both looks the same. I don't think they've been yellowed. 

There is a strong winter now here so they don't look at their best now 😄 but I havent notied them being yellowed or "foggy"
