Your height restriction will come from what will fit in the arches.

In reality it's finding one with the right offset, stud pattern and width that will fit without hitting the components mounted in the arch/on the hub (brakes, shock absorber, wheel arch liner etc)

this calculator can help to figure out what might fit, however it does not take into consideration a wheel on full lock - which will be when a wheel may rub on the inside arch liner.

I'd think twice about fitting bigger wheels to a lowish powered car, go much bigger than stock and it will drive like carp.

I fairly recently drove my sons C1 Cup Car at Donnington Park in a test session and it proved that with the right setup plenty of grip is available from a modest wheel and tire combination.

stick to factory sizes, especially if you do a lot of slow local driving, the bigger you go the lower the profile the harder the ride, and the tires get way more expensive

15" will be the largest I would go but that will compromise the ride 165/45R15 on a 5J rim, 54.1mm CB
