New Yaris 24 when in show rooms

How long before we can see the Yaris 24 in the show rooms

It'll be a while methinks.

I was asking my dealer about display models as I want to test a new one with the new 130HP drivetrain, although at this point I've cooled significantly on it from the amount of stuff they're missing over my one, or just still not added, and I'm not sure the more powerful engine is enough to off-set that.

I think the first runs aren't being delivered until May, and my dealer says the first batches are being sent out to customers first, and they won't even get a display model until at least the first orders have all been completed!

What is the new one missing from your Yaris MK4 that you would like to see or added.😀

Oooh you got me there, I'm not actually sure!

The things that might have swung it for me were the heated seats and steering wheel, but I can't remember what the missing thing was; I think it has the parking sensors and HUD, at least on the Premiere one, but I know there was at least one thing missing...

No jbl or hud on excel...premiere has both.

Premiere is pretty much an excel with tech pack and limited colours and options. But other half ordered one 😁

Yeah we were also quoted March for ours but no promises on that. My corolla also quoted as March. 

Dealer said dates are "elastic".

You can joke all you want about 👽 aliens.

They walk among us ,in fact seen/heard some today, they were emitting gutteral grunting sounds, waving their alien arms around, and kicking inanimate objects with their strange stunted alien legs.

They can easily be recognised by the can of Stella or carlsberg attached to their spindly six fingered hands,that they seem to gain sustinence from, and big boxes with dominoes written on them.

I was told there is but you won’t have to wait a single day longer than my friend’s 24 arrives because the back seat will be out as soon as it gets home.

I’ve just been on Toyota Techdoc and it doesn’t look good.  There is no difference in spec so we’ll have to see if it’s equipped with a Mutley.  Interestingly, I’ve checked the LBX and that has the same spec but my mate has one of those coming March so we’ll hopefully have a little look at that too.

I was hoping to get the Yaris Cross with the 130 engine.  Apparently this will only be available with the GR version.

Toyota say the 130 engine will be available on the Yaris Cross Premiere edition ....as below:

I just think the Yaris premiere's price a little too high at around £26k. Just had a check on the Clio hybrid alpine top spec, it's £21700. The sum is worth a shot at that price if not looking to keep beyond 3 years. Obviously Toyota if looking for long term ownership, but the figure isn't competitive.

I don't know why they didn't stick with the Galactic Blue - That was a much nicer colour!

I thought the 130 would be an option on the specs above the base spec, for both the Y and YC, but it's looking like every spec just gets 1 engine, and only the higher specs get the 130.

I miss having loads of options - Half the draw of buying a new car is being able to customize it!

I love that colour but my Mrs is president of the anti green car lobby so that rules me out.

Mine is due to arrive at the dealers on 18th of March so you would hope that dealers will be getting demonstrators around that time, if not sooner
