Renew Remote Connect

I let my Remote Connect membership lapse on my 2023 Rav 4. I renewed the membership today but when I try to activate it on my media screen no QR code will come up. It just keeps spinning. Same for trying to get a numeric code. Anyone have any ideas?

May sound daft, but try going out for a drive. It could be that at home the car doesn't have a good enough mobile phone signal to renew the services.
Going out for a drive should allow it to 'check in' to the Toyota servers and refresh the subscription.
I'm guessing you renewed in the app or via the website, so I would expect the car to sort itself automatically.

Renewed?  is it subscription based on such a new car??

I assume it was purchased second hand, so not entitled to the free subscription period?

I am experiencing the same issue and can’t find any answers to this issues online.  Did you find a solution?  It’s very frustrating!
