Weak jet from Windscreen washer 2014 TR

Hi , the jet from the washer at the front is v weak - only goes a third of the way up the screen....that suggest the fuse is fine - do you reckon it is a weak motor? I've cleaned the hose, blown it right through so its all clear. Pleny of liquid in there.

unplug the pipe at the scuttle and squirt the washers, it's more than likely the nonreturn valve in the pipe

 

The MK3 does not spray it is more of a stream and the wiper moves the water across the screen
