Multiple errors appeared (Engine, VSC, EPB, P0100, P3100)

I have a Toyota Avensis 2009 (T27) 1.8 Multidrive (petrol). It suddenly introduced multiple errors including VSC and EPB errors displayed at the screen along with check engine light, brake warning light, VSC warning and exclamation mark. OBD reader found 5 error codes: C1000 Chassis, P0200 Powertrain, P3117 Powertrain, P0100 Powertrain and P3100 Powertrain. After I reset the fault codes only the errors P3100 and P0100 remain. Last one has a description of "mass or volume air flow circuit". I have cleaned the MAF sensor but I don't know how to measure if its broken (?). Vehicle drives fine but it idles at very low rpm. It also seems to have increased fuel consumption and exhaust smell indicates that the mixture could be off (rich). Any ideas?

Lucky guess: cranksaft position sensor, vacuum leak, spark plugs?

go get the battery and alternator checked

Thank you for your reply. The alternator has been recently replaced. The Battery isn't that old either, it also seems to start fine also in extremely cold conditions so it should be good.

The error P0100 keeps coming back so took the MAF sensor out to measure it. I found a document that says the resistance should be somewhere between 2.2...2.7 kohm at 20°C but for me it gives constant 20 kohm. So I will be replacing that and see if that solves some issues.
