RAV4 used values on the rise

I've been monitoring prices of 15-18 month old ones over the past couple of years (Design spec).  The prices have varied massively peaking at about £35k a year+ back but are now back to about £26-30k. Demand for nearly new has fallen and speed of supply of new ones has improved, both of which have resulted in falling used prices. Not a cheap used buy by any means but cheaper than they were.
