Strange fault codes need help

Good evening everyone,

Got a very strange set of issues with my 2007 rav4 d4d.

Went into limpmode on Tuesday faulting egr On the obd. Aa came out fitted a blanking plate and then swapped the valve myself at the weekend to get 3 more fault codes P0045, 0102, 0488 turbo boost control solenoid circuit open, MAF circuit low and egr throttle position control range/ performance.

 

Faults can't be cleared by my simple code reader or a garages proper one. They also found the fuse for the fuel injection kept blowing. Wondering if anyone had some bright ideas before I start replacing parts left right and center out of desperation.

 

I'm assuming it's a wiring fault somewhere but have no idea where to start looking So any help would me much appreciated cheers
