Any idea where to get covers with holes or is it a generic job?

The covers with holes come with the Thule attachments to replace the ‘solid’ original ones used when not using roof rails.

TBH the covers are not really needed. They’re not waterproof and when you have the bars fitted you cannot see them. If you decided to take the bars off but leave the anchor bolts in the roof then you would see them!
