Hi All

I've just acquired my first Toyota, a 98/R Previa GS, and so far I'm very pleased with it.

As the carpets are still in pretty good condition I thought I might treat it to some overmats, but my local main dealers want just shy of £150 for a set, which I thought was rather excessive*. Can anyone suggest a cheaper source, or a supplier of pattern overmats ? Halfords only seem to sell the standard four-piece saloon-type sets which are no use.

* In fact, I wasn't impressed with them generally

Has anyone had any luck locating a firm which makes car mats genuinely tailor for the old style Previa, is four mats which each stretch the width of the car?

A bit late replying now I know...

I bought mine last summer via sales@ccmotorsport.co.uk. I think they do them for either 7 or 8 seater models, and sent me a huge paper template to check before cutting the mats to order.

Came in at about £60 I seem to recall. This provided 4 mats, and covered the whole floor including the boot area.

I bought a Toyota set about 7 years ago and they are heavy duty. The're well worth the money and keep the carpet looking like new.
