Hybrid battery check vsc on dash Toyota Estima 2010 2.4 petr

Hello, 
I’ve got a toyota estima 2.4 petrol hybrid. I’ve got the hybrid Battery replaced due to vsc and hybrid system check warning (traction light as well). P0A80 and C1241. But this warning has come back and the hybrid Battery only charges to 2/3 bars.

Is there any way Japan import car's mileage can be checked.I bought a 2006 registered imported to UK in 2021 estima recently and it shows 90000 on odometer.It is strange to notice that it is showing hubrid Battery replacement code P0A80.I have been advised by hybrid Battery technician that Battery needs replacement.

Is new battery a good option or refurbishment is also sufficient?Can I order new battery myself from Japan or elswhere?
