Genuine toyota scuff plates

Hi all. Ive just upgraded my 2020 corolla ts gr sport to a 2022 corolla excel. The difference in cars is surprising to say the least.

 

The one thing I miss about gr sport is the neat sill protectors or as toyota calls them scuff plates. I am after a set of the toyota ones and from the parts catalogue I can only see the two types. One full alloy type that has hybrid printed on them and a black plastic and alloy set with corolla on them. I cant seem to find many photographs of either fully fitted to a car, to make my mind up. 

 

Does any one have them fitted or seen them in the flesh to say which looks best? My car is obsidian blue btw, Many thanks

I fitted a set of the Corolla scuff plates to mine, bought from the online Toyota parts supplier listed on forum.  Mine are aluminium,  & are (very) self adhesive.  Very easy to fit - although I marked position with masking tape 1st as it is not obvious where on the door shut to fix them, and they wont be moved once stuck.
