New 12v Battery on 2019 Corolla

Just wanted to ask the more knowledgeable on here. I had to replace my Battery due to the car being left with interior lights on in garages for repairs etc. Please let me know if these are decent replacement battery's I bought? They have just been fitted outside mine. Black ones standard and grey ones the new one. TIA

Taz,  did you have the car from new? IMHO that Varta is a replacement Battery at 45AHr compared to the original 35AHr one.  

Who left the lights on?  Is the garage to blame and picking up the tab.

I also had that same Varta 45Ah Battery on my Corolla when I purchased it at just under two years old - and from the condition of it it looked like the OE fit.    I replaced it with a 54Ah version as it was already showing low capacity.

Hi, Yes Battery was from new. And yes garage will be paying for the Battery 🙂

Very interesting.   My March 2020, ie pre-Covid, had the lower capacity Battery.

Perhaps it's something to do with the panoramic roof? As in the electric opening of the glass and shade?

My 23 Icon has a 45Ah Varta Battery from new, maybe they have increased the capacity now?
