2004 Yaris headlight wire jump (bad headlights)

Mate of mine has a 2004 Yaris and I’m no sparky but I’m thinking it’s the switch. Both standard and dimmed light issues. bulbs are good, fuses are good, didn’t check the relay because I couldn’t find it but those are hard to go bad anyway. I don’t have power to the plugs. I pulled the combination switch out and it was corroded on one of the leads. Did my best to polish it up and I believe I had standard lights for a moment. Had latching power to brights but lost it currently still have momentary. Like I said I’m no sparky but I’m fairly sure it’s a switch issue. Does anyone know what wires to jump from the combo switch plug to get standard lights. Would like to be sure before I tell them to buy a new combo switch. Thanks.
