Can't find update for toyota auris 2014 hybrid

I have a Toyota Auris 2014 hybrid but for the life of me can't figure out how to update the software version of the multimedia unit.

It has a ToyotaTouchPlus MM12 with software version 2.8.4H

The reason why I want to update the system is because about half of the times when I'm driving the car after about 10 minutes the multimedia system, randomly, resets and I lose my bluetooth music connection which I then can't get back anymore without restarting the car (highly frustrating).

Any help would be much appreciated!

Your doing better than me I can’t even figure out how to play music through it at all ever car since 2010 but not this one

If you have the navigator module, have you tried to update the maps in eBay?

There are a couple of British/Irish sellers, with good feedback.

For Touch and go v.1 plus, they offer Software Version 2.24.1H, Map version EUH20221026 (2022 Q2 data).
