Yeah be warned doing it with a phone it can be very fussy, i suggest taking a LOAD of photos as a selfie on the phone in one of those photobooths if you really would want to save the money, it's annoying - but it will eventually accept one... but tbh it's probably worth just paying to get it done

Don't think they do, my passport, bus pass and driving license all have me wearing my glasses. But there are stipulations as to the wearing of eyeglasses, reflection, tinting etc.

Do not wear glasses in your photo unless you have to do so. If you must wear glasses, they cannot be sunglasses or tinted glasses, and you must make sure your eyes are not covered by the frames or any glare, reflection or shadow
