b roads are the smaller country roads etc but you cant go as fast as you like they are still restricted to national speed limit of 60 mph max unless stated otherwise

people normally like them as they are twisty and great fun to drive on

B roads are generally main roads and off route back roads

A roads are main trunk roads that generally do the same as motorways just not as big

yeh i know :ffs: they say young ppl are dangerous! i totally disagree! i think very old people are!!

last month i was behind some 60+ year old bloke, and 3 times in a row when approachin a roundabout, he stopped to see if ne1 was comin round, and no1 was it was obvious, but then pulled out when a car was comin around causing the car comin round to brake harshly and swerve!!

THREE TIMES IN A ROW! i couldnt believe it!!

I also hate other drivers, when they do something wrong, such as cut you off, or dont give way when urs sposed to, then you look at them and just because your car has mods on they swear and stick fingers up at you as if its your fault!

:ffs: :ffs: :ffs: :censor:

No breezer, i think they swear and cut you up because your a bad driver.. (lets be honest, your car isnt exactly a fire-spitting monster is it?)

I dont get any abuse for driving a modified car (well, sort of modified), but then again, i didnt learn to drive by reading Max Power ;)

huh wtf!! i aint a bad driver...i never do that stuff to people because i dont like it being done to me! and if i do happen to do it, its by accident, and i hold my hand up or flash hazards to apologise!! and wat the hell, i didnt say my car was anything

and i didnt learn to drive by max power, i bought it once to read on the plane, what so wrong with that, im interested in cars, and i doubt auto-trader would do it for me

I occasionally go on the max power site to get links for ICE and styling!! So just because i made a mistake when i was first into modding by buyin max power seat covers, because i thought they looked ok, it means im a bad driver!

dude you have no idea what youre talkin about! a bet theres ppl on this forum that driver worse than me, but arent branded max muppets, im only called that becoz a hav the seat covers!

how nice

I never get any abuse for driving my supra, which is also modified.

My drive rolls onto a de-restriced country road, and we frequentlly get your sort, fresh out of suburbia hammering it down thinking "this no limit lark is great" its when they fly around blind corners at 60+ and suddenly get confrointed with a bin lorry, or a tractor, or another ejit like themselfves where it gets very messy.

The worst culprit around here is impreza drivers, they think they are colin Mcrae, and start rally driving along near single track roads. Not very clever really. The amount of times I have had some pleb remove a wingmirror is not funny! especially when a new one os £300+ as it was on my soarers

Its only a matter of time before they all kill themselves, as far as I'm concerned the sooner the better, I just hope that myself, my car or anyone I care for is involved and/or taken out by them.

i wasnt reffering to you directly.. execpt for disagreeing with the fact people flash and genuflect because you have a modified car.. which i believe not to be the true reason.. i never said you were a bad driver did i?

Back to the main topic.

If you look at a road atlas you will find lots of 'B' roads.

You may find that you drive on one every day.

and if they don't have a dashed white line in the middle of the road .. they are actually 50mph ..

The law was changed about a year ago .. glad they let everyone know ..
