Help! Not sure what year my rav4 was made, need engine repla

hi all experts in rav4.

I am trying to source an engine replace for rav4 but all similar models have sun roof which mine does not. 

Am in cyprus & log book says it was registered in jan 2004.

specs are Engine 1AZ rav4 estate vvti 

2.0 litre petrol 5 door 4wd

engine number ; 1635085

NO SUNROOF! 

Can anyone help me find out year of model as no luck so far.

PM the vehicle VIN number to me and I can tell you when it was made/engine type etc

I believe the sunroof makes no difference to the engine. Portugal wouldn’t sell me a car with a sunroof so I bought mine in Spain. Same engine.
