Carplay hud integration is sketchy by model. In most yes.  It passes the “map” app of choice to the second screen on the hud, so if it works for applemaps/googlemaps it works for tom tom

I'll have to try TomTom to see if it works on the HUD

It works for Apple Maps, but not Waze or Google Maps

(I'm using Apple CarPlay)

Nope.

(from gramarly just in case there are nay sayers)

To make regular nouns plural, add –s to the end.

If the singular noun ends in –s, –ss, –sh, –ch, –x, or –z, you usually add -es to the end to make it plural.

So Priuses

I really wasn't being serious ... 😄

But, from Wikipedia wot must be far more authoritative:

Etymology and terminology

Prius is a Latin word meaning "first", "original", "superior" or "to go before".

In February 2011, Toyota USA asked the US public to decide on what the most proper plural form of Prius should be, with choices including Prien, Prii, Prium, Prius, or Priuses.[ The company announced on 20 February that "Prii" was the most popular choice, and the new official plural designation in the US.

Frogfoot is a NATO designation for a Soviet aircraft.  For several such aircraft I favour Frogfeet rather than Frogfoots

Separated by a common language.  I worked for many years in a UK Ltd company that had an American parent and made frequent visits for many reasons. I took a project team out and one of our guys asked one of the female team hosts if she had a 'rubber'. I stepped in to avoid an international incident and explained to both parties what was meant. He got his 'eraser' and she rushed off to tell her friends!

(I was also driven to be shown the amazing road 'rotary' so proud and was impressed how I managed to cope at a simple roundabout  - as a return favour on him visiting the UK I took him to the Hemel Hempstead sun and planetary roundabout and blew his mind.)

We could start a new lexicon thread on the multiplicity of meanings.

Even in England there is a world of difference when using the word related to what the Dutch boy stuck his finger in.  In Cumberland it is a stout stone and earth wall.  In Lincolnshire a deep cut usual full of water bordered by a road created from the excavated soil.  In London more associated with ladies in comfortable boots.
