2014 T27 strip light issue

I have an issue with my 2014 T27 D4D front drivers side headlight. It's the strip light not working when headlight is on. I replaced the bulb as I thought it was just blown but the issue is that the strip light works when the the headlights are off... When you only have daytime lights on....but won't work when you turn on the headlight. The passenger side strip light works fine it's only the drivers side. I can't see anyone had this issue before??

I have solved the problem there was a yellow wire coming from the DRL loom which had worn away from vibrating against the front frame it had cut right through, I reconnected and soldered it and it works fine now.

Well done! That is good to know, especially as a number of people have reported issues with the DRLs on these cars.
