'View status' out of date on App

On my bZ4X app it has view status which shows doors & windows open/closed and locked/unlocked. It currently lists status on 3rd March - 2 days ago - is there any way to refresh this so it is up to date? Also it shows on service and maintenace that maintenance is due today (the car was new last Saturday). Can that be refreshed? Thanks for any help/suggestion.

Hi Michael,you can try some of these methods recommended to update.

Force quit and reopen the app this can sometimes clear temporary glitches that might be preventing the app from updating.

Check your internet connection and make sure you have a stable internet connection, as this is necessary for the app to communicate with your vehicle. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that helps.

Go to the specific "View Status" screen: Sometimes, simply switching to the dedicated "View Status" screen within the app can trigger a refresh attempt.

Try refreshing the "Charging Info" screen: Some users have reported that refreshing the "Charging Info" screen in the app can also trigger an update for the "View Status" section. It make be worth having a look through the owners manual to see if it says how to do this as well. Hope this helps😄
