so attached are some night pictures I've tried to take of my LED lights so you can see they are not "flat" and they are V shaped

Bonus picture my new interior lights from AliExpress thanks to jthspace

I don't think that beam pattern will present a problem.   What you can do is depress the beams, something that might be necessary if you are fully loaded too.

I drove to France last year and was advised that no diffusers are required.

like my Prius your lights are balanced for “head on”

not “pointing to left” like older h7 bulbs

loving the blue interior btw

It seems to be pointing left to be honest, the picture is not really accurate to be honesty

the picture is made from the drivers perspective

Seriously. If they are Led they are “head on”

It's more that it doesn't kick up on the left; Normal Halogens would have illuminated the left side of your garage and the hedge noticeably higher, and that's what causes issues when driving on on the other side of the road - Yours has a flat symmetrical pattern so should be fine.

Another way you can tell is by standing where an oncoming car would be on the left and right sides - If one side is noticeably brighter/blinding than the other then you might have a problem, but I reckon they'd be fairly similar.

Just use the headlight adjuster and get them to point down further than where you would normally have the adjustment - if you are concerned

Definitely - In fact, if the car is fully loaded, it probably should at least be at 1.5-2 anyway!

Even in normal driving I have mine set to 0.5-1 because I find at 0 people kept thinking I had my high beams on and flashed me!

I added a full size spare + jack and tools so had to adjust to 1 to stop complaints. Made the car quieter as I also lined the bare metal with .25" high density foam sheet so no "drumming"

Yaris design has 3 separate leds in the headlights, in this case it’s not  possible to use beam deflection stickers.

Apparently you need to beam deflector on the lower part of the middle one

Same,  though I admit I didn't connect between cause and effect.
