Hi was wondering if anyone can help  I've a Toyota Rav4 Diesel 2017 and the management light came on found a faulty  map sensor! Got the car back  and with in a week then management light 🚨 came back on 🥴 took it back for more tests and nothing has shown up no faults 🥴 but management light 🚨 is still on don't know what to do it's cost about £300 till now Just don't know what to do next the car drivers ok  plenty of power  just wondering if anyone else has had this management light 🚨 issue 😔

Hi Stephen, Its unacceptable for them not to have found the problem as it has cost you £300 so far. Thats what they are there for Its a garage thats their job.

Speak to the service center again explain the situation that the light returned despite the MAP sensor fix and no faults showing in their tests. Ask if they can again double check the MAP sensor replacement and ensure proper installation.Ask them to check the MAP sensor wiring as a fault may be present with the circuit. 

Ask them also to look for any underlying issues that might not have triggered a code but could be related to the previous fault or causing a new one.

If you're not comfortable with the service center's response, you could take your car to another Toyota dealership for another diagnosis.  They might have a fresh perspective on the problem.Hope this helps:smile:

Hi Bper thanks for your reply your right! I wasn't happy enough  with there outcome at all  😞 charging me a second time for diagnostics and labour 😞
