Speedo Convertor

Ok, bought the KMPH to MPH convertor - instructions were as follows, remove cable from gearbox, insert convertor and put it all back together again.........

I went looking and can't see what i'm supposed to be looking for, anyone done this and got any advice or pictures?

The electronic plug is on the G'box right at the very back of the engine .. on the top of the housing ..

Look down on top of the gearbox a few inches closer to the wheel than the end of the distributer cap. You should see the speedo cable going in.

Thanks guys, I gave up on that route, managed to find a UK speedo so things are working fine now!
