For a 2019 C-HR I understand that it's TSS-P

it depends on when it was built, it's either TSS 2.5 or 3.0

TSS 2.5 didn't appear until 2021 ...

2.0 was 2017/18

What are the differences between the available Toyota Safety Sense™ packages?

TSS P includes most of the features you'll have with TSS 2.0, minus Lane Tracing Assist and Road Sign Assist. TSS C, the most basic package, only includes the Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert, and Automatic Headlights

Well my guess was 2.0 hut all info points to tss-p  except we have lane trace assist and Rd sign assist 🤔
