g’day folks I need obd scanner to re-code an eBay key

Hello anybody 

 my key fob was stolen, I can seen the obd port there   , I’ve been quoted around $500 just for a new code key , though barrels clanged is up around $700 aud .  So I’m hoping some switched on diggers out the may assist me with “how to”, an auto locksmith mentioned there’s one of, ‘two’ machines , I guess’. types of scanners which will work on my model & then a process to hopefully make a new code myself here in the driveway.
