Changing battery on 2004 Rav key fob

Any advice on this?  I have looked at all the u tubes but they don't seem to show the same key.  I have opened the housing and inside is another plastic housing with H on it with 5071 above and 09K17 below.  There is another tiny screw which I presume has to be opened to get to the Battery but I just cannot get it to turn.  Help!
