Ex Lexus owner for many years and have sold my IS300h which I loved to provide funds towards a newer car for my wife as she retires next month. Last major purchase to see us out and the Telax warranty gives us the piece of mind.

I bought an old 2011 Avensis estate 1.8 petrol TR with 104k on the clock and full Toyota history. A couple of advisories on its last MOT, rust on rear subframe and pertol filler pipe, which I have sorted and a stepped rear tyre, which i had never heard of. Anyway £550 later and it wears a new set of all season tyres.

The extra money I had left together with savings, and we bought a 2023 Yaris Cross Excel AWD yeasterday which we are collecting in a couple of weeks.

So we have two Toyotas, both white, and the first since 2009 when we bought a Prius.
