Overfilled oil. About 15-20%.

Most sensible way to reduce?

(I can access a wide variety of Garage tools through a friend).

Thin tube down dipstick and either a large syringe/siphon or a manual or electric extractor pump to pull it up and out would be what i would use.

Toyota dipstick are difficult to read and often can mislead yourself.
You need to double check on cold engine without wiping off the dipstick. Park the car on level ground, next morning lift up bonnet, pull out your dipstick and hold on horizontal position, read your oil level. If within 3-5mm below or above max level mark you are ok. Anyone less or more you need to adjust accordingly.

If you are way above you can buy large syringe from Amazon with tube and suck some oil out. Max OD of the tube should be 9mm.
