Yaris Cross electric tailgate adjustment

Hi, being a bit "vertically challanged", I would like to lower the tailgate a bit in its open position.  I know it's possible from the handbook, but sadly I cannot find how to do it, even using the display in the car.  Does someone  have an idiots guide how to do it please?  Thanks.

Trev, I did it once.  When you do manage be careful.   At 5-10 I could not find a safe lower height.
