Can I add remote start engine from MyToyota to Yaris Cross?

Hello, I have a Yaris Cross 2022 basic model without function to open the engine from MyToyota.
Can I have the option to add this functionality if I go to dealer?

Is only a soft limitation or need to add some device inside to car, and if Yes then what is the name of the product?

Hi Marius, remote start typically requires installing a remote start module and possibly additional wiring. However, there could be a very small chance that your Yaris Cross model has all the necessary hardware pre installed, but the software is disabled. It maybe an idea to give toyota support a ring and ask them how likely it is that it could be installed on your car.Hope this helps
